Sign-up online and your first class is free. It’s a great way to try out Pilates Plus and the SPX Fitness System.
Pilates Plus Chandler offers classes seven days a week starting at 5am for those that like to start the day with a good workout, and into the evening to as late as 7:30pm, depending on the day of the week. We also offer group classes and private sessions that you may request outside of the normal class schedules.

You login to your Mindbody account and click “my info”. From there you will see the “my schedule” tab and that will take you to the classes you are signed up for. Click on reschedule or cancel.
A credit card is needed on file for any future purchases after your free class. Many clients purchase grip socks and/or drinks when they come in for their free session. We also might need it to cover the 6-hour cancellation or no-show fee since we only allow 11 clients per class.
We use an online system called Mindbody where the member can be in complete control. You will be asked to create a profile, login, and password. You will also be asked for a credit card to keep on file, which can be used for purchases, as well as any late charges. Our automated online booking system can be found on our website homepage at www.pilateschandler.com. Once you have created an account, you can view the class schedule or purchase classes/packages/monthly memberships that are right for you. SPX was designed to be an extremely efficient workout of the body and use of time. Each workout is at an intensity level so your body gets maximum benefits in as little as 40 minutes. It is recommended to do the workout 2-to-3 times a week to start and allow for muscle recovery between classes. It is best not to come to class until muscles have been allowed sufficient rest. The SPX Fitness System is built to maximize your time and results by providing a workout taking minimal time that will stay challenging and fun. As you increase muscle strength, you can, and will want to, do SPX more often.
It is recommended to wear clothing allowing for movement without limitation. Wear formfitting clothing, such as yoga pants/capris, tank tops, or T-shirts. It is advisable for men to wear bike shorts under baggier shorts. Hair should be pulled back and out of the way. Wear limited jewelry (nothing dangling). There are no shoes worn in class, and it’s required to wear grip socks that are available for purchase in the studio. Grip socks improve sanitation, help with balance, and prevent slipping on the machine.
We have classes 7 days a week with a variety of times. There is a link to sign up at the top and bottom of this page, or you can CLICK HERE to create your own sign-in profile, which will provide you the ability to sign up and pay for classes online. You can view all of our different packages and choose the best options for you. Once you’re signed up, all you have to do is come to class!
Yes, even if it’s your first time. We require a 6 hour notice before making any kind of changes to your schedule. A $25 late cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file each time you cancel or reschedule a class without giving us the full 6 hour notice. Sorry, there are no exceptions. For monthly package members you be charged the $25 fee, for session pack members you will forfeit your session.
